CLOSE: To Seek God's Face is to do everythong Jehpshaphat did but most importantly...To Seek God's Face is to Praise The Lord.

- The Key To Victory Is Praise

- Praise is Thanking God in Advance For What He Will Do!

- Praise is Thanking God For What He's Already Promised To Do As Though It Has Already Happened!

GOD GAVE VICTORY TO ISRAEL AND JUST LIKE ISRAEL EXPERIENCED VICTORY...WE CAN EXPERIENCE VICTORY IN OUR PERSONAL LIVES, CHURCH, AND COMMUNITY AS WELL AS ENJOY THE ABUNDANT BLESSINGS OF GOD... IF ONLY WE WOULD SEEK GOD'S FACE!

6th message 2 Chron 7:14; Psalm 51:1-15; Proverbs 28:13 "and turn from their wicked ways..."

What does it mean to turn from wicked ways?

"TURN" means to Repent.

God is reminding us that sometimes...even we "His people"...."who are called by His name"get off on the wrong path in SIN.

1. Sin Stains Your Soul - Ps 51: 1-2

2. Sin Saturates Your Mind - Ps 51:3

3. Sin Shames The Lord - Ps. 51:4

4. Sin Suppresses The Heart - Ps. 51:8

5. Sin Sours The Spirit - Ps. 51:10

6. Sin Silences Your Testimony - Ps. 51:14,15

HOW DO WE DEAL WITH SIN??

A. Have Confidence that God is willing and wants to forgive you. - Ps. 51:1

B. There must be Confession. Ps. 51:3; 1 John 1:9

C. There must be Consecration. Rom 12:1,2

CLOSE: God said "Turn from your wicked ways..."  We have become good at trying to get over on God in that we "TWIST" and not "TURN" from our wicked ways.  Prov. 28:13  Reminds us of the peril that awaits a "TWISTER".  To Repent is to do an about-face in the presence of sin. Never allow sin to come between you and God's flow of blessing and mercy in your Personal Life, Family Life, Church LIfe, and Communal Life.

7th and Final series message on "Ingredients for A Revival   " 2 Chron 7:14 " then will I hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land"

Text: John 7:37; Ezekiel 47:1-12

In the bible REVIVAL has always been compared to water coming into  thirsty land.

1. HOW THE RIVER FLOWS- Ezekiel 47:1

- The River flows out of the Sanctuary of God.

- God is the source of the water.

- The same WATER the bible uses to describe REVIVAL.

- If God is the source of the WATER...God is the source of Revival.

THE REVIVAL WILL FLOW OUT OF YOU... (THE BELIEVER...THE NEW TESTAMENT TEMPLE) AND IT IS GOING TO FLOW FROM YOUR SPIRIT...TO YOUR SOUL...TO YOUR BODY...AND OUT OF YOU.

2. THE GROWING OF THE RIVER- Ezekiel 47:1 " It flows past the altar..."

- Revival always come by the Altar.

- The Altar of Revival...is the place of Sacrifice....Calvary

- Jesus in John 7 tells us the that the Holy Spirit could not come until Jesus had been placed on the altar...risen to the Father...and was glorified.

- Revival flows through the life of the person who knows what it's like to take up hi cros daily.

- Revival flows through the person who gives their life completely away in order that the river of revival might flow through them.

- In order to experience Revival...as an Individual, Church, or Nation...the Holy Spirit must be above all else.

 3. THE GLOWING OF THE RIVER

- Where the River flows...there will be life- Ez :47:7;9

- The River flows how it wants.

- You have to allow God to move the way he wants to move in your life...as a mighty force...to accomplish what He wants to accomplish.

CONCLUSSION: WHEN THE HOLY SPIRIT TAKES OVER IN REVIVAL...GOD WILL RELEASE HIS SPIRIT TO FLOW IN...THROUGH...AND OUT OF YOU.
